Air-Dried

The Air-Dried dogs and cats food are made with an age-old method, and here at FanconFood,  we use it to process meat or fish naturally.

The Air-drying process is very simple, and it entails removing water from food. This way, the proliferation of micro-organisms is prevented, and perishable food – such as meat – can be preserved better over time. It is a gentle and slow preservation process, in line with FanconFood’s philosophy of supplying an excellent, healthy and tasty product.

If performed at low temperatures, Air-Drying does not affect the food nutritional values, ensuring high-quality results. In addition, air-dried food change their consistency, and their taste is much more intense and delicious.
